Save The Wales

Although I know nothing about rugby, I made a comic for my twitter friend, @GillWru who is a rabid fan of Wales rugby since she actually resides in Wales. Gill is very nice, yet she threatens to unfollow or block me on a regular basis because I tease her about her team. She also told me right after meeting me on Twitter that she is a ‘pensioner’. Why she decided to tell me about being in jail still seems odd to me. FT 😛

The Most Interesting Dane In The World

I made this comic for my friend, Christian Henry who creates the quirky, funny and brilliantly drawn comic Anyone For Rhubarb?  The most unusual aspect of his comic is not the subject matter or the manner in which it is drawn. What sets Rhubarb apart is the fact that Christian is Danish, but he publishes his comic in English that he himself translates from the Swahili version of the original Danish he wrote it in. Christian recently took some time off from making comics to concentrate on some of his other interests, but I am glad he is back. Welcome back Klack! FT 😛

Arbroath: We’re Smokin’

My family and I visited Scotland over the summer. A great country with great people and great food. My dad ate haggis every day but two out of 13 (but that’s another story). Anyway, we had the pleasure of visiting Arbroath, home of THE SMOKIE, an unbelievable smoked fish*    *see smokie.  I could eat them every day, but they are not available in the US (but that’s another story). Oh, and THE first political issue I ever took interest in was the Referendum. As a 15 year old American girl that probably seems odd, but hey, I’m odd (but that’s another story). This is my design for the town of Arbroath. To make a long story longer, I support people gaining independence….as long as they keep smoking fish. FT 😁🐟

Welcome To Luxembourg

Welcome to Luxembourg, the only country situated entirely within the Alps. And the only country (of all the countries situated entirely within the Alps) with an ‘X’ in it’s name. So won’t you visit Luxembourg a beautiful, diverse, and interesting country? Won’t you? Please? C’mon!!!! FT 😛

Salute This!

It’s a flag. Sure, its important. People salute it, it represents them and their country. What better way to show how democracy works in the free world than to spend countless taxpayer dollars on this issue? Good luck, Kiwis. FT 🙂
